Delivery & Returns

If you are unable to see your delivery country at checkout, please ensure that you are browsing our website with the correct shipping country pre-selected.

Shipping countries are listed at the top of the page when browsing the website from desktop and inside the menu if you are browsing on mobile.

Import duties and taxes may apply to all international orders (excluding EU, US & Mainland China) upon arrival in your country. You are responsible for paying any additional customs clearance charges, as we have no control over these fees and cannot anticipate their amount.

Orders placed after 2pm on Friday or over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday, or the next working day in the case of Bank Holidays (please note that we do not deliver or dispatch on UK Bank Holidays).

Our free delivery service is fulfilled by FedEx, and all orders are sent DDP (Delivery Duty Paid). This means there will be no additional fees to pay when your order arrives at the destination, including all EU countries, Norway, and Switzerland. Your tracking number will be provided in the dispatch email. On the day of delivery, DHL will send you an email with details regarding the expected delivery window.

*Please be aware that when goods are imported into the United States from overseas, they are subject to clearance by the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP). According to CBP regulations, the individual or company purchasing goods from an overseas supplier is considered the ultimate importer. The ultimate importer is required to provide either their Employers Identification Number (EIN) tax identification number assigned by the IRS or their social security number.

To facilitate the clearance process at U.S. Customs on your behalf, our shipping partner FedEx will assist with these requirements. After placing an order with us, you may be contacted by FedEx to provide your identification number. It's important to note that this is a legal requirement imposed by the U.S. Government for all overseas importations that meet certain clearance parameters and entry types.

Our International Express delivery service is provided by FedEx, ensuring comprehensive tracking throughout the shipping process. Your tracking number will be included in the dispatch email you receive. On the day of delivery, FedEx will send you an email containing information about the expected delivery window.

*Unfortunately we do not offer free shipping outside of UK, Europe and North America.

Returns and Exchanges

We gladly accept return requests within 15 days of delivery for items that are in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, and unwashed. The items should be free from make-up marks and must have all tags attached. Additionally, if provided, belts and any packaging such as dust bags must also be returned.

After receiving your return, please allow 5 working days for us to inspect and process it. Refunds will be issued for the cost at the purchase price, excluding the original shipping charges, and will be credited back to the original method of payment.

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.

To return or exchange your order simply visit the Returns Centre, you’ll need your order number and email associated with your order.

SWIMWEAR RETURNS

For the sake of hygiene and well-being, we kindly request that you try on all swimwear items over your own underwear. Please note that swimwear returns will not be accepted if the hygiene stickers have been removed. We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

BAG RETURNS

To ensure a successful return, kindly ensure that handbags are returned with the tags still attached and in their original packaging, including the dust bag and box.

CANCELLATIONS

We are pleased to accommodate order cancellations before they are processed by our warehouse. However, once orders have been synchronised and entered into our system, we cannot guarantee cancellations, particularly during busy sales periods when a high volume of orders are being processed.
